When will you ship my order?
We ship 3 times per week, usually Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from the suburbs of Vancouver, BC. (Weeks with Canadian holidays will differ.)
In general, orders placed between:
- Thursday at 12:01pm PST and Saturday are shipped on Mondays.
- Sunday and Tuesday at 12pm PST are shipped on Tuesdays.
- Tuesday at 12:01 PST and Thursday at 12pm PST are shipped on Thursday.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We may need to contact you for order clarification, or unrecognized/incomplete address issues. Please check your Etsy messages daily until you receive a shipping notification email. Failure to respond will cause shipping delays.
- Order volume or stock issues may cause processing times to differ. We will contact you if we are short/out of stock of an item you purchased.
- We may fulfill orders that come in after 12pm on our shipment days if time permits. Our goal is always to get everything in the mail to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take to receive my order?
The following shipping times are ESTIMATES based on the delivery windows provided by our carriers. They are NOT GUARANTEES.
TO USA:
Provider: Chit Chats (who deals directly with USPS)
- Standard Shipping Arrival Time: 5-14 business days on average
- Priority Shipping Arrival Time: 2-5 business days on average
- Tracking: Yes
- Lost Parcel Insurance: Not included with standard option; included with priority. There is an option to add insurance to the standard shipping option from the shipping drop down menu on the cart page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: USPS often marks parcels as delivered prior to the actual delivery. In nearly all cases, parcels arrive within 1 week of this happening. If this happens to you, first double check that the address on your order is correct/complete. If you do not receive your parcel within 7 days of the false delivery notification, please contact us.
TO CANADA:
Providers: Canada Post Light Packet (standard), Canada Post XpressPost or Chit Chats
- Standard (Canada Post Light Packet) Arrival Time: 10-14 business days on average
- Canada Post Xpress Post Arrival Time: 2-5 business days on average
- Chit Chats Arrival Time: 6-10 business days on average
- Tracking: Not available with standard option; included with Chit Chats or Xpress Post options
- Lost Parcel Insurance: Not available with standard option; included with Chit Chats or Xpress Post options

TO UNITED KINGDOM
Provider: Chit Chats International (who partners with Post NL)
- Arrival Time in/near a main city: 8-14 business days on average
- Arrival Time in rural areas: 14-27 business days on average
- Tracking: Yes
- Lost Parcel Insurance: Not included. There is an option to add insurance to the standard shipping option from the shipping drop down menu on the cart page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your tracking shown on Etsy will stop once your parcel is passed from Chit Chats to Post NL. To continue tracking, click your tracking number link to open the Chit Chats tracking page. Scroll to the bottom of that page. Then click the tracking number link for Post NL to continue tracking your parcel.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
Provider: Chit Chats International (who partners with international carriers on route, such as Post NL and Australia Post)
- Arrival Time: 8-45 business days on average (rural areas tend to take longer than urban areas)
- Tracking: Yes
- Lost Parcel Insurance: Not included. There is an option to add insurance to the standard shipping option from the shipping drop down menu on the cart page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your tracking shown on Etsy will stop once your parcel is passed off to the first partner carrier. To continue tracking, click your tracking number link to open the Chit Chats tracking page. Scroll to the bottom of that page. Then click the tracking number link for the partner carrier. This will take you to the partner carrier's tracking page where tracking will continue.

Why hasn't my parcel arrived yet?
We always do our best to provide the most accurate delivery expectations to our customers. We base our delivery windows on the estimates provided by our mail carriers. However, there are many factors out of our control that may cause delivery delays. These include:
- ORDER CLARIFICATION: We may have been unable to reach you regarding an issue with your order or address, and thus have not yet been able to ship. Please check your Etsy messages daily prior to receiving your shipping notification email.
- WRONG ADDRESS: If the address you provided on your order is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel will either be returned to sender or disposed of. If it is your old address, it will be delivered to that address. Please ensure you provide the corract address prior to placing your order, and contact us immediately if you realize it is incorrect. Once we ship, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment unless the parcel is returned to sender, which is not guaranteed.
- HOLIDAYS: If you place any order on or near a govenment holiday in your country or Canada, you may notice a delay.
- WEATHER: A common issue is weather-related interferences on the delivery route. These may include snowstorms, wildfires, floods, hurricanes, road closures, etc.
- CARRIER DISRUPTIONS: If our carriers or partner carriers - Canada Post, Chit Chats, USPS, Post NL or Australia Post - go on strike while your parcel is on route, it will remain on route until the strike is over.
- VOLUME: Occsaionally our carriers see rapid increased volume - particularly during November and December or when alternative carriers become unavailable. This may cause delays, as they may not have enough staff to fulfill deliveries within the usual window.
- REGULATIONS: New government regulations -- such as the new US tariffs -- may cause delays due to increase processing times at the border.

My tracking says my parcel was delivered but it isn't here.
If you are in the USA, please note that USPS often marks parcels as delivered prior to the actual delivery. In nearly all cases, parcels arrive within 1 week of this happening.
If this happens with your order, first double check that the address on your order is correct/complete -- no typos or missing information like a unit number.
If you do not receive your parcel within 7 days of the false delivery notification, please contact us and we will proceed to file a claim.

Why is there no tracking for my parcel?
If you are in Canada, and you purchased the standard shipping option, you will not receive a tracking number. This is because Canada Post does not provide tracking with this affordable shipping option. Only orders placed with Xpress Post or Chit Chats will come with tracking.
To set expectations, the average delivery times for the standard shipping option is 10-14 business days, though it can be longer for more remote/rural areas.
If you are outside of Canada, your shipment does come with tracking. Check your spam filter for a shipping/tracking email from Etsy. Even if you purchased through our webite, the email notifcations will still be automated through Etsy, as our website is powered by Etsy.

My parcel stopped tracking and I have not received it. Is it lost?
We always allow 30 days (USA and Canada) and 45 days (International) from the shipment day to pass before we consider a parcel lost in case of unforeseen delays. We have found over the years -- after reshipping or refunding prematurely -- that delayed parcels tend to arrive around the 30-day/45-mark respectively, but they rarely arrive beyond this time frame.
If you still have not received your insured parcel by then, and there are no recent updates to your tracking, please contact us, and we will proceed to file a claim and take next steps.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We can only reship or refund insured orders. This means you will have had to purchased the +Add Lost Parcel Insurance shipping option, or one of the shipping upgrades that include lost parcel insurance: Priority (USA), Xpress Post (Canada) or Chit Chats (Canada).
Since mail loss is rare, we do not automatically insure all parcels so that we can provide more affordable shipping options to our customers.
