❓Are your keychains HANDMADE?
Yes, we purchase the beads, key rings and stainless steel engraveable charms, then we custom engrave the charm using our laser engraving machine, thread the bead string, and assemble the design to your specifications on site after you place the order.
❓ What MATERIALS are used to make your keychains?
Stainless steel and a combination of glass beads, imitation pearls and natural stone beads.
❓Can I CUSTOMIZE my order?
Yes, in several ways:
- The listing includes a custom engraved charm. We will engraved your personalized message or a simple custom graphic onto that charm. All engravings are done in black.
- We can engrave the reverse side of the charm for a fee. You can use this listing to add it to your order: https://etsy.me/3lg8ljJ
- We can create a custom bead string using your choice of the beads. See our bead string option photos of the various beads we have available. Make sure to tell us what order you'd like the beads strung in from top to bottom.
- You can add additional charms to the key chain. (An additional fee will apply).
❓Can the keychain get WET?
Yes, the keychain can get wet by rain or clean water. However, it should not be exposed to chlorine, salt water or water with cleaners or other chemicals.
❓Will the keychain TARNISH?
Stainless steel does not tarnish. However, the surface can scratch, and become smudged from finger prints, which can be wiped off easily.
❓What if my keychain BREAKS?
As long as you’re not tugging at it unnecessarily hard, it should not break. However, if it does, please contact us for a potential replacement.
❓Do you sell wholesale or offer BULK DISCOUNTS for large orders?
We sure do. Send us a message that includes the following: the specifics of the keychain design (ex. bead design(s), engraving), how many keychains you need, when you need them by, and where we would be shipping to. With that information, I can provide you an accurate quote and expected time frame.

♥ RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQs ♥
❓Do you accept RETURNS and EXCHANGES?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges of eligible items within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note:
- To begin the return or exchange, please send us an Etsy message.
- All returns must be sent back to our Canadian address.
- The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
- Original shipping prices are non-refundable.
- A reshipment fee will apply to exchanges for US and International customers. (Canadian exchanges are free).
- For orders placed with free shipping, we can issue you a refund, minus our original cost to ship.
- See below for eligible returns.
❓What products are ELIGIBLE for returns and exchanges?
All items are eligible for return or exchange except for the following exclusions:
- Items that are not in new condition (damaged, tarnished, obviously worn/used, etc)
- Items with custom engraved components (excluding single initial charms)
- Jewelry boxes and trays
❓What happens if my order was RETURNED TO SENDER?
- For orders that are returned to sender because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided when placing the order, a reshipment fee will apply.
- For Canadian customers: your order will be returned back to us via Canada Post. When it arrives, we can either reship or issue a refund (for eligible items only, see previous question).
- For US / International customers: your order will be returned to the NY location of our shipping company, Chit Chats. They bring returns back to Vancouver, Canada approx. once per month (it occasionally takes longer). Once the parcel is back in hand, we can either reship or refund you (for eligible items only, see previous question).
- If the item is time sensitive, we recommend repurchasing the item, and we can refund the original order once it reaches us in Vancouver (for eligible items only, see previous question).
- When returns have arrived at our Canadian location, I will notify you via an Etsy message.

♥ DELIVERY FAQs ♥
❓When will my order ship?
- If you purchased between Thursday at 11am PST and Saturday ay 11:59pm PST, your order will likely go out on Monday.
- If you purchased between Sunday and Tuesday at 10:59am PST, your order will likely go out on Tuesday*.
- If you purchased between Tuesday at 11am PST and Thursday at 10:59am, your order will likely go out on Thursday**.
- Weeks with holidays may differ.
- Occasionally our shipping days will vary depending on scheduling conflicts.
*On slower weekends, we can often send out some or all of Sunday's orders on Monday.
**On slower weekdays, we may send out orders that come in after 11am PST that same day.
❓What kind of shipping box or envelope do you use?
For most orders, we use standard kraft bubble mailer envelopes. For larger bulk orders, we typically use small shipping box. For jewelry boxes and trays, we use shipping boxes.
❓The tracking shows that my package is delivered, but was is not.
Not to worry just yet. This is a common issue. We find that this happens around one or two times per week. In almost all cases, the item will be delivered with 7 days of the erroneous "delivered" notification. If it has not, please contact us.
❓My parcel has not arrived and the delivery window has passed.
The estimated delivery window is an estimate based on the shipping companies' typical delivery timeframes. But delays may occur for many reasons:
- Weather-related events or disasters -- such as snow, flooding, hurricanes, forest fires -- may prevent passage temporarily on some routes.
- Busy time of year: You may have purchased near popular gifting occasions (such as Christmas, Mother's Day, etc) where more mail is moving through the system than usual, causing a backlog.
- Political decisions (for example, the Trump tariffs) that affect mail movement.
- Your parcel may have hopped on the wrong truck and travelled in the wrong direction. For orders with tracking, check to see if there are still tracking updates within the last couple of days (that's a good sign that it is not lost, just delayed).
❓My parcel never arrived, please reship/refund me.
As part of our shop policies, we always allow 30 days from the shipment date for delayed parcels shake loose. Over the years we have found that about 9 times out 10, those delayed parcels wind up arriving around the 28 to 30-day mark. Too often, we have prematurely reshipped or refunded only to have both parcels reach the customer. If you still have not received your parcel after 30 days from the shipment date, please contact us for next steps.

Most of our jewelry is packaged in a jewelry box, with a couple of exceptions due to sizing. What doesn't fit in a jewelry box will come inside a decorative organza bag.
Our bookmarks come inside a cello sleeve. You can view the bookmark packaging by scrolling to the last image in any of our bookmark listings.
We do offer a Gift Wrapping option for $4 USD, which you can add to your order at checkout.
Any design that shows personalized words or images can be personalized. The personalization we offer includes laser engraving on our stainless steel products, hand-stamped names, words or numbers, personalized photo gifts, and, for our bracelets and some of our chains, custom sizing. We do not offer custom jewelry design, custom ring sizing or color engraving.
We can also add a personalized gift message with your order at no additional cost. Simply tell us what you'd like it to say in the Gift Message section on the checkout page, and we will either add that message to your jewelry card (for unwrapped jewelry), or a card that will go inside an envelope (for bookmarks, photo gifts and gift wrapped jewelry).
We do offer bulk discount pricing for schools, businesses, events, weddings, brick & mortar stores, and more. If you don't see the quantity you need, we may have more that isn't listed, or we may need to acquire more supplies in order to fulfill your order.
To begin a wholesale order, please send us an Etsy message with the following details:
1. What item(s) you are interested in.
2. How many you need (and any specifics to the design. For example, bookmark base and bead colors)
3. The date you need to receive them.
We will provide you with a quote within 24 hours.
Please note, if we need to purchase additional inventory to fulfill the order, we will require a 30% deposit.

For USA orders, we ship with USPS via ChitChats, which is a company that allows Canadian businesses to ship quickly to the USA by bringing our parcels over the border for us and delivering them straight to USPS. On average, delivery times to the USA are on average 3-10 days from our shipment date, which will be Monday or Thursday, depending on when your order comes in.
Occasionally, USPS marks a parcel as delivered before they have actually delivered it. 9 times out of 10, we find that when this occurs, parcels do arrive within a week of that happening. If yours does not, please send us a message.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee USPS and Canada Post's delivery time frames since we cannot account for unexpected delivery delays. Occasionally, parcels do get delayed without explanation, but in most cases they will shake loose and arrive within 30 days.
If your parcel has been delayed, first double check that the address provided on your order is correct, with no typos or missing details like unit numbers. An old or incomplete address is often the cause of delays.
If your address is correct, please contact us if you still have not received your parcel after 30 days from the shipment date and will be able to assist you.
We do accept returns and exchanges of most items. Please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to begin the return/exchange process and we will send you the return address.
If you are returning from outside of Canada, please make sure to tell the post office that your item is a return to ensure that we are not charged import taxes to receive the return.
Please note:
- All jewelry boxes and LAST CHANCE items are a final sale.
- Return shipping and any associated import fees are at the buyers expense.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
