REASON FOR DISCOUNT: We had over 500 of our manufactured jewelry boxes arrive with visible imperfections. We have sold out of all the boxes without imperfections. All of the remaining boxes have aesthetic imperfections, such as ripples in the fabric, or small marks like dots, lines, creases, bubbles or streaks. They do not affect the functionality of the boxes. They vary in how noticeable they are: some can only be seen from certain angles or when light hits it a certain way. Others are very small and you need to really be looking for it to notice it. Others still, like the rippled boxes, are clearly noticeable when you first open the box.
We have been selling these imperfect boxes in person, and our buyers have said that the imperfections aren't that big of a deal and they thought we should continue to sell them on our website. I was hesitant because I have a high quality standard for my products. But so many of you who have previously purchased these boxes have been asking for more. While I do not feel comfortable manufacturing more due to having over half of them arrive with imperfections, I have decided to list the imperfect ones at a deep discount for those of you who do not mind the imperfections.
JUST PLEASE BE AWARE that the box WILL arrive with an imperfection, and it will not likely be the exact same as one of the example photos. Each box has something different, but the example photos in Photo 3 are the most common type of issue. Please do not leave us a negative review because of the imperfection.
Please also note that these boxes are a final sale. As I am covering the high shipping cost and offering a deep discount, I cannot offer a full refund should you wish to return them.
♥ CONSTRUCTION ♥
They are made with a vegan-friendly PU Leather exterior and a velvet interior. The clasp has our stainless steel metal logo design and closes with a magnetic clasp. Inside, you'll find a large mirror and 23 sections for organizing your necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, pins and brooches, as well has a 10 row section for displaying rings, cuff links and stud earrings. The top tray can be lifted out to reveal the bottom storage compartments.
Our jewelry boxes make great Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, Mother's Day Gifts or gifts for children who may want to use them to decorate.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Most of our jewelry is packaged in a jewelry box, with a couple of exceptions due to sizing. What doesn't fit in a jewelry box will come inside a decorative organza bag.
Our bookmarks come inside a cello sleeve. You can view the bookmark packaging by scrolling to the last image in any of our bookmark listings.
We do offer a Gift Wrapping option for $4 USD, which you can add to your order at checkout.
Custom and personalized orders
Any design that shows personalized words or images can be personalized. The personalization we offer includes laser engraving on our stainless steel products, hand-stamped names, words or numbers, personalized photo gifts, and, for our bracelets and some of our chains, custom sizing. We do not offer custom jewelry design, custom ring sizing or color engraving.
We can also add a personalized gift message with your order at no additional cost. Simply tell us what you'd like it to say in the Gift Message section on the checkout page, and we will either add that message to your jewelry card (for unwrapped jewelry), or a card that will go inside an envelope (for bookmarks, photo gifts and gift wrapped jewelry).
Wholesale availability
We do offer bulk discount pricing for schools, businesses, events, weddings, brick & mortar stores, and more. If you don't see the quantity you need, we may have more that isn't listed, or we may need to acquire more supplies in order to fulfill your order.
To begin a wholesale order, please send us an Etsy message with the following details:
1. What item(s) you are interested in.
2. How many you need (and any specifics to the design. For example, bookmark base and bead colors)
3. The date you need to receive them.
We will provide you with a quote within 24 hours.
Please note, if we need to purchase additional inventory to fulfill the order, we will require a 30% deposit.

My tracking says my parcel has been delivered but it's not here.
For USA orders, we ship with USPS via ChitChats, which is a company that allows Canadian businesses to ship quickly to the USA by bringing our parcels over the border for us and delivering them straight to USPS. On average, delivery times to the USA are on average 3-10 days from our shipment date, which will be Monday or Thursday, depending on when your order comes in.
Occasionally, USPS marks a parcel as delivered before they have actually delivered it. 9 times out of 10, we find that when this occurs, parcels do arrive within a week of that happening. If yours does not, please send us a message.
My order hasn't arrived and the delivery window has passed.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee USPS and Canada Post's delivery time frames since we cannot account for unexpected delivery delays. Occasionally, parcels do get delayed without explanation, but in most cases they will shake loose and arrive within 30 days.
If your parcel has been delayed, first double check that the address provided on your order is correct, with no typos or missing details like unit numbers. An old or incomplete address is often the cause of delays.
If your address is correct, please contact us if you still have not received your parcel after 30 days from the shipment date and will be able to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges of most items. Please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to begin the return/exchange process and we will send you the return address.
If you are returning from outside of Canada, please make sure to tell the post office that your item is a return to ensure that we are not charged import taxes to receive the return.

- All jewelry boxes and LAST CHANCE items are a final sale.
- Return shipping and any associated import fees are at the buyers expense.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Great customer service -- so helpful and timely with my questions. I ordered this in 3 colors because I couldn't decide which one would look the best in my bedroom. The other 2 are beautiful and will make a great gift. Unless, of course, I decide to keep them....LOL!
